Handover of power of attorney from Murughashree

In the POCSO case, it was difficult to take various administrative decisions due to the fact that Muruga Shri of Chitradurga's Muruga Math was in jail. Thus, the High Court allowed the power of attorney to Dr. Shivamurthy Muruga Sharan.

In this background, the power of attorney to take important decisions has been given to S. B. Vastradamath, who is also the secretary of SJM Vidyapeeth of Muruga Math.

Retired Justice SB Vastradamath was appointed as the Administrator of the Mutt after Muruga Sivasharan was jailed for sexually abusing minor girls. He is also working as the secretary of SJM Vidyapeeth.

After this, due to the power of attorney with the Murughashrees, there was a problem in various works. So today Mr. Muruga officially notarized and handed over the power of attorney he had to retired judge SB Vastradamth.
